Immediate start date with a 32-hour workweek and a scheduled 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

window on most days, plus a 12:45 p.m. finish on Wednesdays. Compensation includes $27.13 per hour with a $3.00 differential, retirement eligibility, and district-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• Direct support to individuals and small groups based on IEPs.
• Prepare instructional materials according to teacher guidelines.
• Monitor progress and communicate data to SPED liaison.
• Modify instruction per IEP under teacher direction.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct support to individuals and small groups of students based on IEPs.
• Prepares instruction materials according to teacher guidelines.
• Monitors student progress, records performance data and communicates such to special education liaison.
• Under the direction of the classroom teacher or SPED liaison, modifies and adapts instruction according to a student’s IEP.
• Promotes appropriate social interaction and behavioral compliance for students.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Coordinator of Special Education and Pupil Services and the SPED liaison.
