Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise and support children (grades K-6) during homework time in the after-school program.
Provide individualized attention to students as needed to ensure understanding and task completion.
Encourage good study habits, focus, and independence in completing assignments.
Communicate with after-school staff about any academic challenges or patterns observed.
Maintain a calm and positive learning environment that promotes respect and focus.
Dismiss students back to the classroom once all homework is completed and checked.
