Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking an After School Intramural/Fitness Room Supervisor to monitor the fitness rooms at CRLS and Russell Field after school and to collaborate with coaches on strength and conditioning programs for school teams.

The role requires experience with high school student-athletes, strong organizational skills, independence, and clear attendance record-keeping. It is a part-time, contract-position running July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with high school student-athletes.
• Ability to be organized, work independently, communicate effectively, and keep clear and accurate attendance records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Fitness Rooms at CRLS and Russell Field after school, developing programs to help CRLS students achieve their fitness goals.
• Work with the CRLS Coaching Staff to develop strength and conditioning programs for CRLS Athletic Teams.
• Monitor the equipment in the fitness room and report broken or damaged equipment.
• Set up, clean up, and disinfect all equipment on a daily basis.
