Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a part-time CRLS After School Intramural/Fitness Room Supervisor to monitor and support fitness activities after school. You will help develop programs for CRLS students and coordinate with coaching staff on strength and conditioning for athletic teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, reporting damages, setting up and disinfecting equipment daily, and maintaining accurate attendance records with independence and organization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with high school student-athletes.
• Ability to be organized, work independently, communicate effectively, and keep attendance records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Fitness Rooms after school and develop programs for CRLS students.
• Collaborate with CRLS Coaching Staff to develop strength and conditioning programs for athletic teams.
• Monitor equipment and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Set up, clean up, and disinfect all equipment daily.
