Job summary

UCP of Central Florida is seeking an After School Enrichment Program Assistant to support a group of 12-18 students (ages 3-11) with academic, fitness, arts/music and STEM activities in our after-school program.

You will organize materials, deliver lesson plans, supervise activities, and ensure safety and well-being. Sign-ins occur via Brightwheel; you will communicate parent concerns to the Site Coordinator and assist with basic caregiving duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefer Associate Degree or college credits.
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• DCF – 45 Hours (if working with PreK)

Responsibilities

• Organize daily materials for lessons & activities.
• Deliver UCP After School lesson plans and facilitate daily schedule.
• Supervise and engage with students; monitor and assist during group and individual instruction.
• Implement effective classroom management and discipline policies.
• Complete sign-in/out via Brightwheel and communicate parent concerns to Site Coordinator.
• Provide basic caregiving duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
