Job summary

After the Bell Support Staff at Beavercreek Elementary seeks staff to support after-school programs for elementary students (Kindergarten through 5th grade). You will implement and lead age-appropriate activities, supervise large groups, and actively engage children in games, STEAM projects, and recreation.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth programs, camps, childcare or related fields.
• Ability to communicate clearly and solve problems quickly.
• Knowledge of PBIS guidelines and behavior support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead age-appropriate after-school activities for K-5.
• Supervise 30–65 children in large and small groups (typical ratio 1:15).
• Engage in games, STEAM projects, and recreational activities.
• Maintain safety and a clean, organized space at the site.
• Communicate concerns promptly to staff and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and inservice days 2–4 times per year.
