Responsibilities

• Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and learning styles.
• Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout each session.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives regarding attendance and program needs.
• Follow all school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional sessions.
