Qualifications

60 completed college credits or equivalent professional experience for the assignment.
Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
Prepare for each instructional session using approved lesson plans, provided curriculum, or instructor-developed activities.
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage active student participation while adapting instruction to varying ages and learning styles.
Maintain supervision and classroom management throughout sessions.
Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
Follow all school policies, safety expectations, and emergency protocols.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional sessions.
