Qualifications

60+ completed college credits or relevant professional experience.
Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, instructing, or leading youth programs.
Experience with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community programs, or similar settings.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and classroom management skills.
Reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate instruction.
Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum, approved lesson plans, or instructor‑developed activities.
Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environment.
Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to different ages and experience levels.
Maintain appropriate student supervision and follow school safety and site procedures.
Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education regarding attendance, scheduling, and program needs.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions.
