The Summer Learning Collaborative, Inc. in Delaware invites applications for CollabClub Enrichment Staff to support site programming and supervise youth at the assigned site.

Hours follow the school year with early mornings and afternoons; summer hours differ. Pay is hourly at $15–$20 per hour, contingent upon successful background checks and OCCL health appraisal. Reliable transportation to SummerCollab locations is required.

Formación

• Experience working with children in grades K-8 is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and open to constructive feedback.
• Must have reliable transportation to SummerCollab locations across New Castle County.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain proper staff to youth ratios and youth supervision
• Assist with planning and facilitating social emotional learning activities
• Assist with planning and facilitating provided literacy curriculum
• Assist with planning and facilitating provided curriculum for scheduled academic clubs
• Assist with facilitating all required assessments and ensure proper tracking of results
• Ensure proper site attendance is collected and accurate in Procare
• Assist with maintaining relationships and communication with all families enrolled at the assigned site
• Develop and maintain relationships with youth at assigned sites
