Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Childcare Educator to lead engaging after-school activities and supervise a growing team. You will deliver our Disguised Learning curriculum, ensure a safe, supportive environment, and partner with school staff to elevate the instructional experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma with college credits, 2 years’ experience with children, and supervisory experience. Flexible Mon–Fri after-school hours, with state certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent with college credits.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Pass state-required certifications (FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB, MMR, Food Handlers when applicable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs using the curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about safety, fun, and learning.
• Collaborate with principals and school staff to enhance instruction.
• Participate in community events and maintain program safety records.
