Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time tutor to deliver after-school sessions in alignment with our curriculum. You will assess student progress, tailor instruction, and maintain records while collaborating with a team to support learning outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of teaching experience, strong classroom management, and the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners. Evening and weekend shifts apply in a fast-paced tutoring environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
