Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver after-school lessons aligned with our curriculum and educational philosophy. You will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with staff to support student growth.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
