C2 Education seeks a part-time instructor to deliver high-quality, after-school tutoring aligned to our curriculum. You will assess progress, provide feedback to students and families, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with standards.
• Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
