Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator for our local Pennsylvania programs. You will support before- and after-school activities, plan engaging curricula, and supervise daily routines in a safe, energetic environment.

The role requires a caring, team-oriented approach with a minimum experience working with children and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Hours include morning and afternoon shifts, with up to 25.42 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with related college credits or training in early childhood education or human services.
• Extensive state requirements such as First Aid/CPR, TB clearance, and age minimum.
• Experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and engage in classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare activities and curriculum for daily programs.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and educational experiences.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Ensure accurate attendance, incident reporting, and safety protocols.

ArHS Diploma / GED + 2 years experience
