Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings, encouraging collaboration and accountability
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives and lead engaging activities
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance
• Monitor safety and address hazards, document attendance and incidents
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
