Job summary

HOKALI, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic After Care Educators to supervise students from TK through 8th grade, ensuring a safe and supportive environment after school.

You will design engaging activities, assist with homework, promote positive social interactions, and manage student behavior with positive reinforcement. You’ll also maintain attendance and help with snack time and outdoor play.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Willing to complete 3 hours of online training prior to start date (Concussion, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TK–8 students, ensuring safety and well-being at all times.
• Design and lead engaging activities.
• Assist students with homework and provide academic support.
• Promote positive social interactions and teamwork.
• Effectively manage student behavior with positive reinforcement.
• Maintain attendance records, incidents, and parent communications.
• Organize snack time and outdoor play.
• Prepare and organize activity materials for learning and play.
• Design and lead classes and workshops within TK–8 range.
