Job summary

Almost Family is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Central Oregon. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help clients achieve personal goals in a safe, supportive environment.

This afternoon shift (3pm–7pm), Monday–Friday, serves clients aged 3–17. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, hiring and referral bonuses, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable care experience.
• Ability to adapt to client needs.
• Comfort with in-home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide physical, emotional support and communication assistance.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and self-esteem.
• Help with general housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene (showering/bathing, toileting).
