Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking independent instructors to lead after-school dance enrichment programs in local schools. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in dance and choreography and can create age-appropriate, engaging sessions for K–12 students.

Formal teaching certification is not required; we value practical dance experience, reliability, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dance, choreography, dance instruction, performance, or related field.
• At least 60 college credits or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with children or teenagers in instructional/coaching capacity.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm for youth enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, structured dance sessions for K–12 students.
• Demonstrate dance techniques, movements, and choreography in an accessible manner.
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, creativity, and student participation.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe instructional environment.
• Communicate professionally with school personnel and Concorde Education representatives.
• Follow applicable school safety procedures and program guidelines.
