Job summary

LIFT Enrichment is seeking an After-School Cooking Instructor in Sacramento, CA. Lead hands-on cooking workshops for K-8 students at Title I schools. No professional chef experience required; training is provided. This is a seasonal, part-time role with guidance and support from the team.

Pay is $25/hour with a typical day including two workshops and about five hours of total work (prep, teaching, cleanup). Mileage reimbursement and other stipends are offered.

After-School Cooking Instructor / Chef Teacher

LIFT Enrichment is looking for enthusiastic Chef Teachers to lead fun, hands-on cooking workshops for students in Title I schools.

Since 2010, we have taught 75,000+ students and built a team of 200+ Chef Teachers. No professional chef experience required - we provide training!

The Details:

• Rate: $25/hour


• Schedule: 2 to 3 days a week from 2:00 pm-5:30 pm


• Age Groups: Elementary/ Middle School


• Location: Sacremento, CA


• Position: Seasonal, part-time


• Paid training + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend


• Grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup are paid

A typical day includes teaching two workshops, you will be paid for approximately 5 hours of work which covers preparation, teaching, and cleanup.

What You'll Do
