Job summary

Warren City Schools in Warren, Ohio seeks a 21st Century Community Learning Center School Community Liaison to support after-school programs at Lincoln/McGuffey PK-8 and Willard/Jefferson PK-8 sites, four days a week, three hours per day, at $21.42 per hour.

Responsibilities include recruiting and engaging families, coordinating communications, and ensuring student participation while collaborating with site leadership and program staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Education desirable.
• Experience planning family programs and events.
• Experience with middle school students and teachers.
• Able to substitute for activity leaders as needed.
• Willingness to participate in occasional Saturday trips.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and ensure students stay in the program.
• Make phone contacts about student absence.
• Substitute for activity leaders when needed.
• Plan and hold a minimum of three parent events and four workshops yearly.
• Collect and evaluate parent program data.
• Collaborate with site coordinator to resolve issues.
