Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid DPS Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current first aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with students and community.
• Prepare activities before children's arrival.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Administer first aid as needed.
• Maintain behavior standards.

Skills

Effective communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of child care experience

At least 12 college credits in early childhood education

N.A.C., C.D.A., C.C.P., or C.P.C. credential

Associate or bachelor degree in early childhood or related field
