Job summary

Mentoring Alliance seeks ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as Child Care Worker. You will lead elementary students in enrichment activities, fostering youth development in a faith-guided environment and modeling the values we promote.

This non-exempt, part-time role averages 17–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Requirements include being at least 17, a HS diploma or GED preferred, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, valid ID, and willingness

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and prefer High School Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with elementary school-aged children.
• Spanish-speaking ability highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Foster youth development in an after-school setting.
• Be a role model and minister of the Gospel in line with the program's mission.
