Job summary

Mentoring Alliance After School is seeking an Afternoon Child Care Worker to foster youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. This is a non-exempt, part-time role averaging 17-20 hours per week, with Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Passion for working with elementary children.
• Experience with elementary-age children preferred.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
• CPR/First Aid certification mandatory.
• Background/Sex offender check required.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Dependable transportation; Spanish-speaking encouraged.
