Job summary

Saginaw Township Community Schools is seeking a Child Care Aide for the After School Child Care Program (ASAC). This in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–6:00pm during the school year, with possible summer hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, respectful environment, engaging with children, and coordinating with parents daily. Requires a high school diploma and ability to work with staff, students, and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all employees, students, and parents.
• Experience working with young school age children.
• Willingness to uphold all district policies and procedures for staff and students.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caring environment built upon respect and safety.
