Job summary

Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) seeks an After Care Associate to support the Coordinator and oversee daily activities for students in PK–5. You will help run before/aftercare services, ensuring a safe, engaging environment and adherence to program rules.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience with children; behavior management knowledge is preferred. The role involves light supervisory duties and collaboration with staff across CREC programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in grades PK-5 preferred.
• Understanding of behavior management strategies preferred.
