Job summary

BE A CHAMPION, INC. is seeking an Enrichment Instructor to lead and instruct students in various activities at an assigned school within the region.

This role is ideal for college students seeking hands-on experience in youth education. You will supervise and assist students, uphold professionalism with principals, teachers, and parents, and create a safe learning environment using effective classroom management.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with youth.
• Interest in working with children and contributing to their education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be dependable and have transportation to assigned school.
• Must be able to work independently without supervision.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Fingerprinting clearance required before beginning work in the program.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
