The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking dedicated part-time childcare site assistants for the Before and After School YMCA Program in Fort Wayne, IN. You will provide safe, engaging activities and support a nurturing learning environment for school-age children.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age and currently in school or attending school.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience supervising multiple children is preferred.
• Ability to handle situations quickly, kindly, and fairly.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups.
