Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in school nutrition, food service, cafeteria, childcare, or related area preferred.
• Experience in a school or youth program setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate meal counts and basic program documentation.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, document, and clean up meals for students in after-school programming.
• Help ensure meals are served safely, efficiently, and in accordance with CACFP requirements.
