Covelo Group is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for an after-school program in Baldwin Park, CA. This short-term role offers consistent afternoon hours (Mon–Fri 2:00–6:00 pm or 1:30–5:00 pm) and pay up to $25 per hour with weekly pay.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support, reinforce behavior plans, track student progress, assist with transitions, and communicate with staff to support student needs in a school-based setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ABA or behavioral support preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work with students in a structured setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 or small group support during after-school hours.
• Reinforce behavior plans and support classroom expectations.
• Track student progress and document daily activities.
• Assist with transitions and structured activities.
• Communicate with staff on student needs.
