Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Educational Services team in Burbank, CA. You will support teachers and school administrators by working with students with behavior challenges in a classroom setting.

Earn competitive pay up to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay, health benefits eligibility after 30 days of full-time employment, and options for full-time or part-time schedules. The standard hours are a Monday to Friday school schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom, helping them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience.
• Encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries.
• Observe and report students' progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals.
