Job summary

ExpertCare seeks compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and skill-building activities. You may accompany individuals to community events to help grow personal goals beyond the home environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with paid training and flexible scheduling. We offer a weekly pay cycle and opportunities for benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support personal goals.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
