Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building, assist with daily activities, and help recipients pursue personal goals outside the home through community activities.

Full and part-time positions are available; prior caregiving or home care experience is a plus. Paid training and weekly pay support a flexible, people-centered workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting and assisting with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home.
