Job summary

The National Association of Independent Schools is seeking motivated individuals to support its Extended Day program in San Francisco, California. Ideal candidates will work with students in grades K-4, supervising activities and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

This role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and effective communication to engage with children and fellow staff. A commitment of 2-3 days per week from 3:30pm-5:30pm is necessary to ensure a structured and enjoyable experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Must possess a valid work permit if under 18.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in indoor and outdoor play spaces.
• Facilitate activities for students in the afterschool program.
• Assist with daily student dismissals and pickups.
