Responsibilities

• Provide homework help and tutoring using school intervention packets or Club-assigned academic materials.
• Facilitate age-appropriate academic games and mentoring activities to reinforce learning in a fun and engaging fashion.
• Promote STEM through academically enriched programs when available.
• Assist Youth Development Professionals with snack time, unlocking restrooms or assisting with transitions between activities.
• Help supervise and support recreational, fitness and low-organized games led by Club Staff.
• Complete daily tutor tracker sheets to document progress and engagement for each child tutored.
• Complete training prior to direct engagement with youth; sessions include online modules and on-floor shadowing.
