Qualifications

• Ability to tutor in multiple subjects.
• Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups; willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to work with students, counselors, parents/guardians, and with low-income/first-generation youth.

Responsibilities

• Tutor CSU Upward Bound participants.
• Develop lesson plans to support subjects.
• Use motivational techniques and submit required records and documentation.
• Maintain a daily attendance list; perform other duties as assigned.
