Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking an Aftersales Engineer for Energy Storage Systems. This full-time, remote position offers a Bay Area-based office as a reference point and requires up to 70% travel.

You will provide ongoing technical support, diagnose issues, and lead system upgrades to optimize performance for customers. You will apply systems engineering expertise, troubleshoot complex problems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable energy storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess expertise in Systems Engineering and Systems Design, with the ability to architect and implement efficient energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrate strong Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in System Administration and Technical Support to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of energy storage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in energy storage systems, battery technologies, or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000 based on experience
