Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management seeks a Travel Consultant for after-hours, evening, and weekend shifts to manage client travel across domestic and international itineraries. The role requires using Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations while ensuring accuracy and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of travel booking experience, familiarity with government travel requirements, and the ability to work remotely with diverse schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience using a GDS System; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly to arrange travel or modify itineraries.
• Use Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts to assist without delay.
• Check queues daily to ensure tickets are complete and accurate.
• Provide travel expertise and quick problem solving for travelers.
