Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for after-hours weeknights in Radford, VA. You will be a voice for patients, coordinating with families and the hospice care team to ensure compassionate, quality care from 5 pm to 8 am Monday through Thursday.

You’ll work with a 24/7 triage department and receive strong leadership support, professional development, and room for advancement within a values-driven hospice network.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients and support families.
• Collaborate with hospice care team to plan and implement patient care.
• Be available for after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
