Agape Care Group is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to join our Roanoke, VA team. This salaried, full-time position covers on-call hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, with support from a 24/7 RN triage department and the local hospice team.

You will advocate for patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and deliver compassionate hospice nursing care during evenings and weekends. We value work-life balance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours hospice nursing care as an on-call RN.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with the care team and families.
• Coordinate with the plan of care and ensure quality patient experiences.
