Agape Care Group in the United States is seeking an After-Hours Hospice RN to provide compassionate, on-call nursing care from Friday 5pm through Monday 8am, with full support from our 24/7 triage team and local hospice staff. You will advocate for patients, coordinate with families and the care plan, and help deliver high-quality comfort-focused care in a collaborative, growth-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours on-call nursing care from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday.
• Advocate for patients and communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Contribute to a supportive hospice environment and professional development opportunities.
