Agape Care Group is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for after-hours hospice care in Metairie, Louisiana. This salaried, full-time role covers on-call hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, with support from a 24/7 triage department and the local hospice team.

You will advocate for patients and families, coordinate the plan of care, and serve as a patient advocate while enjoying leadership support, professional development, and strong benefits.

Formación

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the voice for patients, communicating with the patient, family, and hospice care team
• Advocate for quality care and ensure plans of care are followed and updated as needed
• Collaborate with the 24/7 Triage Department and local hospice team for after-hours coverage
• Contribute to a caring culture with leadership support and professional development opportunities

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current state RN license
