Care360 Hospice in Dayton, OH is seeking an After Hours Licensed Practical Nurse (Weekend Nights) to provide skilled nursing visits for hospice patients in a facility or home setting. This full-time role covers Fri-Sun, 8 PM–8 AM, with hourly pay between $31.25 and $34.13 BOE.

Must hold an active LPN license and have at least one year of SNF experience; hospice experience preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel

Qualificações

• Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled nursing.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in EOL in facility and/or home settings.
• Provide after-hours on-call services and complete scheduled visits.
• Respond to patient/family questions about symptoms or emergencies.
• Assist RNCM with the care plan and carry out orders as directed.
