Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of experience and education plus paraprofessional case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and services to children and families according to service plans.
• Conduct reviews and judicial evaluations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Speak with callers and respond to referrals during regular working hours.
• Complete investigations and assessments for assigned cases.
