Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in customer service or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide members to mental health resources and crisis support.
• Verify member eligibility and document interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
