USfalcon seeks an After-Action Reporting Lessons Learned SME (Journeyman) to support USSTRATCOM Joint Exercises at Offutt AFB, NE. The role centers on on-site analysis, after-action reporting, and lessons learned for joint exercises, training events, and wargames.

You will collect observations, facilitate reviews, develop actionable issues, and support senior-leader reporting and issue tracking throughout exercise lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting analysis, evaluation, and after-action reporting.
• Experience turning observations into actionable findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-action analysis, evaluation, and reporting support for exercises and events.
• Develop and execute data collection plans, observations, and data quality checks.
• Facilitate after-action reviews and hotwash sessions with stakeholders.
• Publish after-action reports, quick-look products, and lessons learned.
• Support briefings to General/Flag Officers and senior personnel.
• Track issues, verify resolutions, and support trend analysis.
