Job summary

NextGen Federal Systems seeks an experienced AFSIM Scenario Developer to support N&NC mission areas through advanced modeling, simulation, analysis, and scenario development. Build high-fidelity operational scenarios for planning, experimentation, and wargaming using AFSIM.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in aerospace/defense with AFSIM expertise, and strong documentation skills to produce reports and briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense with AFSIM experience.
• Ability to translate government specifications into functional AFSIM scenarios.
• Experience developing behavior models and Monte Carlo analyses.
• Strong documentation and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AFSIM scenarios representing N&NC interests and mission areas.
• Support CONPLAN materials, TTXs, wargames using AFSIM-based modeling and simulation.
• Align scenarios with Golden Dome and Border missions.
• Model space, air, land, and sea platforms, sensors, and links.
