Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. is seeking an experienced AFSIM Analyst to support Army Aviation modernization through MS&A at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

The role involves mission engineering, experimental design, and concept development with hands-on AFSIM or equivalent simulation experience. The ideal candidate will understand Army Aviation operations, data analysis, and be able to produce findings and recommendations for technical teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, OR, Math, Physics or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AFSIM or similar military MS&A environments.
• Experience in MS&A, mission/operational analysis, or military simulation activities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear findings and recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AFSIM-based MS&A capabilities and scenarios.
• Support integration of legacy models into modern Integrated Digital Environment.
• Configure, maintain AFSIM models, scenarios, simulations, and outputs.
• Support mission engineering, operational analysis, and experimentation activities.
• Analyze simulation results and prepare technical findings and briefings.
• Collaborate with government engineers, software developers, and analysts.
