SURVICE Engineering is seeking an AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst to build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity simulations supporting DoD programs and military platforms. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering essential analysis and scenario development near Wright-Patterson AFB.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years in modeling and simulation with AFSIM, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with VV&A and DoD M&S processes. Security clearance required is active U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Operations Research, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with mission-level modeling, simulation, and analysis using AFSIM.
• Familiarity with VV&A and DoD M&S processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity mission-level simulations.
• Develop scenario scripts and post-process data (Python or MATLAB).
• Support DoD programs with platform assessments and mission analyses.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team near Wright-Patterson AFB.
