Job summary

SURVICE Engineering is seeking an experienced AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst to build and evaluate high‑fidelity simulations supporting DoD programs. Located near Wright-Patterson AFB, the role emphasizes scenario development, kill-chain dynamics, and data-driven decision support.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, accelerate your career, and contribute to platform assessments and operational scenario development while ensuring rigorous VV&A practices.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in modeling & simulation or operations analysis.
• 1–3 years of direct AFSIM experience focused on mission-level modeling.
• Strong understanding of military platforms, TTPs, CONOPS, and mission-level concepts.
• Experience developing simulation study plans and analytical reports for DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity mission-level simulations using AFSIM.
• Develop scenario scripts and post-process/analyze data (Python or MATLAB).
• Contribute to verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support DoD programs.
• Prepare analytical reports to support program decision-making.
• Work independently and in small teams with strong analytical skills.
